Method and mold to form a nail of synthetic material on a natural nail 5OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The subject of the present patent application is a method of forming a nail of synthetic material on a natural nail as reflected in claim 1, and a mold for forming a nail of synthetic material on a natural nail as reflected in claim eleven.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
15 Various methods for forming artificial nails are known from the state of the art, some of them using a mold to help shape the artificial nail.
Specifically, it is known from the state of the art, as disclosed by JP2012196292, a method of manufacturing a nail tip at a low cost comprising: a step of attaching a curing member to a nail; a resin application stage, specifically an ultraviolet curable synthetic resin gel or an acrylic resin to the curing member attached to the nail; a resin curing stage for curing the ultraviolet curable synthetic resin gel or acrylic resin; and a peeling step to peel the cured resin gel of ultraviolet curable synthetic resin or acrylic resin of
25 the nail itself.
It is, on the other hand, known in the state of the art, as disclosed by US4718957, a process for the manufacture of a reusable artificial nail with a close tolerance in order to fit with the natural nail substrate. The process may involve the use of a) the natural nail, or b) a model of the natural nail as a substrate, in conjunction with a secondary substrate that forms an extension of the nail. It has a release agent and a coating of a curable material that forms an artificial nail to cure the acrylic material, preferably by the source of blue light in the visible spectrum. The preferable material is an acrylic. Includes the removal of the artificial nail, and shape
35 to the desired final configuration, reapplying a non-permanent adhesive material.
It is also known from the state of the art, as disclosed by patent document US4157095, a method for forming an artificially armed nail. The invention comprises the application of a layer of polymeric material, preferably acrylic, to a nail through one at the end of a finger, a reinforcement such as a rigid pin or sheet formed of "glass" fiber, or of another similar material, which is arranged on the layer thus formed. Subsequently, a second layer of polymeric material is applied on the first layer, and the reinforcing element disposed thereon. The mask is subsequently removed to allow the reinforced artificial nail to be formed in a manner
10 conventional, such as by means of a nail file.
It is observed in view of the foregoing, that there is still a need to have a method and a mold to form a nail of synthetic material on a natural nail, such that improved performance is obtained in the conformation of the artificial nail, and in his
15 adhesion on the natural nail.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and a mold for forming an artificial nail of synthetic material on a natural nail. Said synthetic material is preferably an acrylic material. Next, and prior to the description of the relevant steps of the method of the invention, and the description of the mold used, the previous steps of handling said acrylic material are detailed.
25 There are two products necessary to form the acrylic mass, in particular a perlite of acrylic material: the acrylic liquid and the acrylic powder. When these two products are mixed properly, the acrylic mass with which the nail can be molded into the mold is obtained. The mixing is done by introducing a brush in the acrylic liquid,
30 then taking it to acrylic powder. A very dry acrylic pearl does not serve to form the nail in the mold; on the contrary a very liquid does not allow to mold the nail in the mold. In both cases the pearls do not have adequate drying.
It is advisable to first wet the brush in the acrylic liquid, when the brush is dry or is the first use of the day. So you have to insert the brush to the bottom of the godet, or

small container for this purpose of the acrylic liquid. It is observed then how it detachessome bubbles, which correspond to the air between the bristles of the brush.
It is also advisable to press the body of the brush lightly, passing it through one of thesides of the godet, or small container, to remove excess acrylic liquid.Subsequently you have to introduce the tip of the brush in the acrylic powder, and slide it toform an acrylic pearl. As a result of this a line is formed in the dustacrylic.
By removing the brush from the acrylic powder an acrylic pearl has formed, which can bewell formed, or on the contrary be too dry or too wet. In this lastcase the perlite drains from the brush.
Turning to describe the invention itself, the method for forming a nail ofSynthetic material on a natural nail comprises the stages of:i) depositing a portion of said synthetic material on the inner surface of a mold,ii) forming on the inner surface of the mold the portion of synthetic material in a shapesubstantially nailiii) support the inner surface of the mold with the portion of synthetic material on the nailnatural,iv) press at least ten seconds,v) let dry for at least two and a half minutes,vi) remove the mold from the natural nail.vii) file the nail edges of synthetic material. In this way an artificial nail of synthetic material is obtained simply and quickly, andwith the desired shape, being able to choose the appropriate mold previously, having onlyto carry out an additional subsequent operation of filing the edges.
Advantageously, the method for forming a nail of synthetic material on a natural nailcomprises, after stage ii), the intermediate stage of placing at least one elementdecorative, so that the aesthetic effect is increased, said element being alsocustomizable decorative and adaptable to the individual tastes of each user. Existsalso the possibility of choosing a different decorative element for each nail of eachfinger.
According to another aspect, the method of the invention comprises, after step ii), the intermediate stage of applying an additional portion of synthetic material as a bridge with the natural nail. In this way the robustness of the union between the artificial nail of synthetic material and the natural nail is increased.
Specify that the bridge is located at the base of the nail, and is, specifically, a layer of synthetic material that is added to the mold to increase the strength of the nail and its thickness. Its function is to join the free edge of the artificial nail with the bed of the natural nail. Preferably, the added thickness of the bridge nail is made of transparent synthetic material and not colored synthetic material. To form a nail with colored synthetic material, the design is first made on the mold, this design being approximately three times thinner than the bridge, the latter being the one that forms the thickness of the nail.
In a preferred embodiment, the method of the invention comprises, after step ii), the intermediate step of applying an additional portion of synthetic material of a specific color, such that the aesthetic effect is increased, said specific color being further customizable. and adaptable to the individual tastes of each user. There is also the possibility of choosing a specific specific color for the fingernail of each finger.
Additionally, the method of the invention comprises an additional step of cleaning the excess of synthetic material after step iv) of pressing for at least ten seconds. In this way the artificial nail is clean of flanges of synthetic material and that harm the aesthetic effect of the nail.
In a preferred embodiment, the method of the invention comprises an additional step, that is to say later, of applying, at least partially on said nail of synthetic material, a sealing substance capable of curing under the action of an ultraviolet ray lamp, of such that the nail is more protected against eventual scratches or impacts, and with an aspect of greater visual highlight.
Specify that the term cure refers to harden and / or seal the cuticle area of the acrylic nail, using a specific gel (e.g. Top Coat or UV Sealer commercial products) at the end of the process to shine and protect the nail . Specifically, hardening occurs under UV lamp, being the final step of the application process.
Add that sealing the cuticle area has to do with removing the edge of synthetic material that forms in that area when removing the mold after the synthetic material hardens, with the help of 150-grain pure and lime acetone. Pure acetone helps soften the synthetic material and is applied with the same brush used to work on the synthetic material: it is placed on the very edge of synthetic material and, when filing, it is much easier to undo the edge that forms in that area (cuticle area) when using the mold. Subsequently, the specific gel is placed to finish sealing, placing it on the edge of the finished limar synthetic material, also touching part of what is exposed of natural nail in the cuticle area to the tip of the nail, covering sides and tip. This step of sealing the cuticle prevents premature lifting of the acrylic nail.
Even being optional, it is convenient, at a later additional stage, to apply cuticle oil on the artificial nail of synthetic material, so that the cuticle is more hydrated, resulting more flexible and less brittle.
According to another aspect of the method of the invention, step ii) is carried out, in a first step, by sweeping the synthetic material with a brush from the center of the inner surface of the mold to the sides, and, in a second step, from both sides, towards a lower end, to form a guide line for the seat on a natural nail. In this way, the synthetic material is distributed more evenly inside the mold, and, on the other hand, it is arranged in the most appropriate form prior to its contact with the natural nail, presenting a shape that helps its perfect placement.
In more detail, the steps to form a guideline for the seat on the natural nail are:
one. Take a small portion, or pearl, of colored synthetic material and take it to the center of what will be the nail inside the mold hole for this purpose, at the height of the already determined length of the same, and perform a sweep of side to side,
2. Sweep the synthetic material from the sides down with the brush.

3. Form the guide line for the seat on the natural nail, or smile line, with thetip of the brush, starting from the center of the nail to one side and from the center of the nail towardsthe other side. Both corners have to be narrow and have the same size, not a thicker than theother. The corners should end at the guide line for the seat, or smile line, having both the same height.
Mention that the mold comprises, in a preferred embodiment, a guide line for the seat of the artificial nail on the natural nail.
According to another aspect of the method of the invention, step iii) is carried out by supporting a lower end the inner surface of the mold at a distance of substantially 1mm from the cuticle of the natural nail, and at an angle of substantially 45 degrees. In such a way that the placement of the artificial nail on the natural nail is optimized, while minimizing the risk of deformation of the synthetic material inside the mold in the operation of making contact with the natural nail.
Specify that the measurement of the mold on the natural nail is carried out as follows: First by placing one of the lateral edges of the mold in a Perioniquio, or lateral groove of the natural nail, covering the nail with said mold. The other side edge of the mold should be on the side edge of the nail, and not in the Perioniquio. If the mold is very fair, it is very likely that at the time of making the nail part of the side is the exposed natural nail or without synthetic material. Add that cuticle means the part of the skin that protects the part of the contour of the nail attached to the finger.
According to yet another aspect of the invention, the method comprises an additional step of curving the sides of the synthetic material nail so that it acquires a greater concavity. Thus, and immediately to the detachment, or removal, of the mold, this action of curving the sides has to be performed, taking advantage of the fact that the synthetic material has not yet completely lost its flexibility. In this way the mold is removed before the hardening of the synthetic or acrylic material, so that it is still flexible and can change its shape by pressing on the sides. Said interior curvature, with an increased concavity, is an aesthetic alternative obtainable depending on the preferences of each client.
Advantageously, the synthetic material is an acrylic material, which has various advantageous properties, such as, good rigidity, high level of transparency, inert to many corrosive substances and high weather resistance.
On the other hand, in a basic embodiment of the method of the invention, the artificial nail is colorless and transparent.
To create the transparent effect of an artificial nail made for that purpose, it is necessary to form the nail with synthetic material, or acrylic, transparent or crystal type, apply it, let the acrylic harden, remove the mold, file to shape and finally apply specific gel (Top Coat) on the inside of the nail and on top, as usual.
According to another aspect of the invention, relative to the mold for forming a nail of synthetic material on a natural nail, said mold has a substantially elongated shape, comprising an inner surface with a first concave curvature around its longitudinal axis, and a second concave curvature around its transverse axis, where the width of the inner surface of the mold is substantially that of a natural nail, the first concave curvature of the inner surface substantially follows the outer curved shape of a natural nail around its longitudinal axis, the second Concave curvature of the inner surface substantially follows the outer curved shape of a natural nail around its transverse axis. Further mention that the depth of the mold is sized in such a way that the space between the mold and the bed of the natural nail is optimal in thickness and shape, obtaining an always strong nail with a suitable thickness through the center. By having said mold, improved performance is obtained in the conformation of the artificial nail, and in its adhesion on the natural nail. In the first place, having the comfort of being able to design the nail on a support different from that of the nail itself. Having said support the shape of the nail itself, and a suitable size to it, it is simple to form a shape that fits perfectly to the natural nail. You can also have several molds in parallel, with various sizes and dimensions for a better adaptation to each type of particular nail.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mold comprises a plurality of parallel marks on both sides of its inner surface. In this way it is possible, for the same mold, to adapt the length of the nail to the desired dimension, or in other words, to decide the length of the artificial nail.
Advantageously, each mark has its corresponding to the other side of its inner surface, and at the same height of its longitudinal axis, such that, placing the mold on the natural nail, matching the corresponding parallel marks on each side, the artificial nail obtained will present adequate orientation, according to the straight extension of the natural nail.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mold comprises fastening means on its outer surface. Said fastening means help to hold the mold securely, having full visibility of the design, without the fingers holding the mold limiting the accessibility to manipulate the synthetic material deposited inside the mold. The fastening means are, in a preferred embodiment, a perpendicular projection from the outer surface of the mold, and substantially in the form of a fin, such that the user has the possibility of grasping the mold by pinching with his index fingers and thumb said perpendicular projection in the form of a fin.
Advantageously, the mold is of a transparent material, so that it is possible to have a better visibility of the contour of the artificial nail in its manufacturing process, and in its stage of placement and settlement on the natural nail.
In a preferred presentation of the invention, the mold is offered with a plurality of measures, such as twelve, in which the first would be the smallest measure and the twelfth the largest. In this way it is possible to choose the mold that best suits the natural nail that is intended to make up and prolong.
In another preferred presentation of the invention, the mold exhibits the provision of bilaterality, both ends of the mold being able to form the nail. Thus the mold is reversible and allows it to be used by both ends in its longitudinal direction.
Mention that the mold is made of a plastic material, so that it is easily obtainable by demolding in a plastic injection machine, and therefore at a low economic cost.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
In view of the aforementioned figures and, according to the numbering adopted, you canobserve in them a preferred embodiment of the invention, which comprisesthe parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.
Thus, as can be seen in Figures 4A, 8, 9 and 10, the method of forming asynthetic nail 2 on a natural nail 1 comprises the steps of:i) depositing a portion 23 of said synthetic material on the inner surface 41 of a mold4,ii) forming on the inner surface 41 of the mold 4 the portion 23 of synthetic material ina substantially nail shape, iii) support the inner surface 41 of the mold 4 with the portion 23 of synthetic material on thenatural nail 1,iv) press at least ten seconds,v) let dry for at least two and a half minutes,vi) remove the mold 4 from the natural nail 1.

vii) file the edges 21 of the synthetic material nail 2.
More in detail, and regarding the placement and application of mold nails, you have tofollow the steps below:-After finishing the design form the bridge 22 that will make the base of the artificial nail.It must be ensured that the mold 4 covers the design from tip to cuticle area and fromlateral to lateral. The layer must be uniform without forming edges.-Wait approximately three seconds before bringing the mold 4 to the natural nail 1.-Apply the nail taking a distance of 1mm from the cuticle and at an angle of 45 degrees.Place starting from the cuticle area towards the free edge. Without pressing too much, thenail and wait for ten seconds. Check the lower area of the nail. Take the pusherof cuticle and soak it in synthetic material, preferably acrylic liquid. Clean thearea with excess acrylic, scattering on the same acrylic nail.-Before applying the nail, place a small portion or acrylic perlite in the area ofcuticle, in order to ensure that there is enough acrylic to place the nail.
More in particular, and regarding how to remove mold 4, the following steps must be followed:-As soon as the acrylic has dried (after approximately 2.5 minutes it can be extendedup to 3.5 minutes), remove mold 4, lifting one side. Listening to a µclick¶ indicates thatthe mold 4 is already raised.-Proceed with the filing of the artificial nail: File the sides straight, and also byabove and below. File the free edge of the nail to shape it.
More specifically, and with respect to how to measure the mold 4 in the natural nail 1, it is necessary toplace one of the side edges of the mold 4 in a Perioniquio of the natural nail 1 and coverThe nail with him. The other side edge of the mold 4 should be on the side edge of the nailnatural 1 and not in the Perioniquio. If mold 4 is very fair, it is very likely that atWhen making the nail, the natural nail 1 exposed or without acrylic remains part of the side.
According to another aspect of the invention, as can be seen in Figure 5, after the stepii), the intermediate stage of placing at least one decorative element 24.
To encapsulate any type of decoration on an artificial nail made of synthetic material, typeAcrylic, you must first take into account at what height of the nail you want to place thedecoration as well as the height of the nail. Then proceed to place a small pearl

Acrylic in the area where it will be encapsulated. That pearl should be a little biggerthat the decorative element 24 to place. Subsequently remove excess acrylics thatStand out around the decoration and proceed to color the artificial nail. Whenhave finished with the design proceed to make an acrylic bridge 22 before applying thea. If the artificial nail is totally transparent and you want to place only decoration, itYou can make an acrylic layer at the beginning for the acrylic bridge 22, place thedecoration and place another layer at the end to give thickness to the artificial nail.
Thus, as can be seen in Figure 7, the method of the invention comprises, afterstep ii), the intermediate stage of applying an additional portion 23 of synthetic material tobridge mode 22 with the natural nail 1.
Specifically, the detailed steps to this effect are:- Insert the brush 3 in the acrylic liquid and take it to the acrylic powder forming a pearlmedium size.-Take the mold 4 of its supports to have a complete visibility of the interior of thesame and bring the pearl made to the center of the mold 4, at the height of the desired nail (in thezone 1), with the body of the brush 3, taking it in a position at an angle of 45 degrees. The position of the brush 3 is very important to achieve this bridge 22.- Sweep the acrylic from the center to one side and from the center to the other, and then todown. In the case in zone 1, only the lower part of the acrylic is brought down and notfrom the edge of the nail down. To form a uniform layer it is necessary that inZones 2 and 3, when sweeping down, be done over the edge, and not below as was donein zone 1. Repeat the same action for zones 2 and 3 of the nail.
On the other hand, when forming this acrylic layer in three zones, it must be ensured that it is coveredwell the acrylic area, and that, by sweeping the acrylic from the center to one side and to the other,It forms a column in the center and along the nail, which will give it resistance.-Ensure that the sides of the mold 4 have been well covered.-Check the thickness: A good thickness is when the bridge 22 takes a whitish color andnot transparent, which would mean that it is very thin.-Check the thickness of the nail taking profile 4 of the mold; the concavity must be seenof it with acrylic. If the center looks flatter, the nail is very thick.
To form the bridge 22 or base of the artificial nail:

- Insert the brush 3 in the acrylic liquid and take it to the acrylic powder forming a medium-sized pearl. - Bring the pearl to the center of the mold 4, at the height of the desired nail (zone 1) and with the body of the brush 3, taking it in a position at an angle of 45 degrees, sweeping the acrylic from the center to the side and from the center to the other and then down. Repeat the same action for zones 2 and 3 of the nail if necessary. -Make sure that the sides of the mold 4 have been well covered. -Check the thickness: A good thickness is when the bridge 22 takes an off-white and not transparent color, which would mean that it is then very thin.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, as can be seen in Figure 6, the method comprises, after step ii), the intermediate step of applying an additional portion 23 of synthetic material of a specific color.
On the other hand, as can be seen in Figures 9 and 10, the mold 4 comprises an additional step of cleaning the excess of synthetic material after stage iv) of pressing for at least ten seconds. That is, we apply the acrylic nail with the mold 4, we leave it holding ten seconds and, while still holding the mold 4 on the nail, we remove the excess that comes out from the inside, using the cuticle pusher, following the steps which are already described. Specifically, what happens is that when applying the artificial nail, a slight pressure is exerted, which causes the acrylic to run, and comes out from the inside of the tip of the natural nail 1. This excess is cleaned using a pusher Cuticle and acrylic liquid. This liquid is the key to clean the inside part since it is oily and does not affect the hardening of the acrylic.
Specifically, to remove excess acrylic synthetic material, the end of the spoon-shaped metal cuticle pusher must be immersed in the acrylic liquid and taken to the inside of the nail. Starting from the center to one side and to the other and then upwards seeking to use the same extra acrylic and accommodate it on the nail from the inside. If there is too much acrylic, it will come out with the movements that are given with the pusher. It is important not to press hard with the edge of the cuticle pusher, but try to use the length of the cuticle to give a smooth finish. The pointed end of the cuticle pusher can be used to clean excess acrylics in the cuticle area if this is the case. Check the cuticle area and make sure it doesn't have

excesses of fresh acrylic. If so, the tip of the cuticle pusher can be used to clean that area.
It should be mentioned that, advantageously, the method of the invention comprises an additional step, that is to say later, of applying, at least partially on said nail of synthetic material 2, a sealing substance capable of curing under the action of an ultraviolet ray lamp.
In particular, to seal the cuticle area, the edge of the cuticle area of the nail must be filed using a cleaning product (eg Brush Cleaner). Said cleaning product helps to fade the acrylic. Use the file starting with one side, then the central part and then the other side, preferably filing in only one direction. Pass the sponge file to soften the area and finish fading the edge line of the cuticle area. Close with a sealer (eg UV Sealer) for three minutes in lamp.
To clean brush 3 it is necessary to use a cleaner (eg Brush Cleaner). Insert the brush 3 in the cleaner for two minutes, remove and introduce the acrylic liquid. Carefully remove excess acrylics that are soft with the cuticle pusher. If the acrylic still does not soften, repeat the process. It is convenient to insert your brush 3 into the cleaner (Brush Cleaner) after forming each nail. Remove the remains of acrylic while it is still fresh, avoiding having problems afterwards with the acrylic already dry and adhered to the brush 3.
More particularly, as can be seen in Figure 6B, step ii) of the method of the invention is carried out, in a first step, by sweeping the synthetic material with a brush 3 from the center 412 of the inner surface 41 of the mold 4 to the sides 413, and, in a second step, from both sides 413, to a lower end 414, to form a guide line 25 for the seat on a natural nail 1.
In a similar way to the method of the bridge 22 the tip of the nail for the French manicure is formed, with the difference that after sweeping to both sides, starting from the center, the sides of the acrylic are taken and swept down to the line that forms the smile guide in the mold 4. At that same point the corners of the nail smile are formed. With the brush 3, the smile of the nail is shaped starting from the center towards the sides using its tip and side.
Specify that before starting with the next step of covering the area of the almond, or body of the artificial nail, with acrylic (transparent or colored), make sure that the smile line that has formed is almost dry, in order to avoid losing its shape when applying it.
In relation to the extension of the nail bed, or coupling area of the natural nail 1 with the artificial nail, mention that each client has a certain nail size. When the client has the bed of his nail short and wishes to make an extension of the same, the smile is first formed at the desired height and immediately worked with a pink acrylic similar to that of the skin (eg Cover Pink). This color camouflages the growth of the natural nail 1 and the area of the almond (nail bed) of the nail is placed. Once the smile area has dried, the acrylic (Cover Pink) is placed. Starting from the smile area, a pearl is placed right there and taken from side to side and then placed a second and do the same covering up to the cuticle area. Add that you have to try to leave less acrylic in the cuticle area to prevent the natural nail from being noticed.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, as can be seen in Figure 8, step iii) is carried out by supporting a lower end 414 the inner surface 41 of the mold 4 at a distance of substantially 1mm from the cuticle of the natural nail 1 , and at an angle of substantially 45 degrees.
According to another aspect of the invention, the method comprises an additional step of curving the sides of the nail of synthetic material 2 so that it acquires a greater concavity.
Specify that this is an optional extra step when applying the nail, in order to modify the shape of the tip of the nail making it more concave. Thus, the nail is applied with the mold 4, according to the steps already known, the acrylic is allowed to harden for two and a half minutes and the mold 4 is removed. Since the acrylic is still manageable, it is possible to press on the sides of the tip, preferably with a special clamp. In this way it is achieved
FHUUDUODSXQWDPiV IRUPDUXQDµ & ¶PiVSURQXQFLDGDGDQGRXQDVSHFWRPiVFyQFDYR

This way of making the almond-shaped tip is different from how normallymold 4 usually works, which is making a square nail and then filing when there is alreadydried
It should be mentioned that nail disinfection is important. So you have to ensure thatThe hands of those who work in the application of the nail are clean. It should be used byboth an antibacterial gel in the hands of those who work in their placement, and then in theof the client as part of the preparation of natural nails before applying nailsAcrylics
The steps to this effect would be:-Push the area called Eponiquio with a cuticle pusher and then clean withthe other end of the metal pusher is the cuticle that is on the nail.-Open the pore on the nail: File the height of the nail first and shape it, always filingwith the same orientation to avoid splintering the nail.-Limar also on the nail, starting with one side, cuticle area and the other side.Always file to one side and not in the form of a zigzag as this hurts the nail, andWhat you want is to achieve is a whitish appearance on the nail.-Clean the remains with a manicure brush. Spray a cleaner (e.g. Nail Cleaner)on the nail and clean with a wipe. Apply some product later (e.g. First andBond immediately) to ensure proper adhesion to the nail.
On the other hand, and for medium growth, it is possible to make adjustments with the molds of thepresent invention, according to the following steps:-Disinfect the hands of the person who applies the artificial nail and that of the client.-Push the nail eponychium, and with the other end of the cuticle pusher, remove thedead cells, also filing the natural nail 1.-Lime the rest of the nail removing the shine of the sealant (eg UV Sealer)-With the help of a cleaner (for example Brush Cleaner), the edge in the area is filedof growth of the artificial nail, removing the detached acrylic that could be found.-Clean the nail with a cleanser (e.g. Nail Cleaner)-Place adhesion products (eg Primer and Bond) to the natural nail 1.-Measure the mold 4 checking that it covers the area of the natural nail 1 side by side andAcrylic nail part.-Place acrylic synthetic material on zone 3 of mold 4.

-Place mold 4 on natural nail 1 and hold for 15 seconds, letting it dryfull.-Remove the mold 4 finding an edge in the tension area.-Lime the edge to level, polish and finish with a sealer (eg UV Sealer) and withcuticle oil
As for a touch-up that implies a design change, mention that changing the designcomplete, it's almost like making a new nail, with the difference that there is already a baseAcrylic The steps to follow in this case are:-Disinfect the hands of the professional applicator and the client.-Push the nail eponychium, with the other end of the cuticle pusher, removedead cell and file the natural nail 1.-With the help of a cleaner (eg Brush Cleaner), proceed to file the edge in the area ofAcrylic nail growth, removing detached acrylic that can be found, fading that edge.-Lime the rest of the nail removing thickness and leaving it up to 20% of its original thickness.-Clean the nail with a cleanser (e.g. Nail Cleaner)-Place adhesion products (eg Primer and Bond) to the natural nail 1.-Form the design with thin layers inside the mold 4 and let dry. Proceed toform the acrylic bridge 22 in the mold 4 and place fresh on the acrylic baseWe have left.-Let dry, remove mold 4 and file to shape and seal cuticle.-Place sealer (eg UV Sealer) and cure in lamp to finish our workputting cuticle oil.
In order to obtain various forms of artificial nails, mention the following:-The straight or square nails have the characteristic that their sides and cornerscompletely straight. Usually these nails are very strong and resistant. To getthis form in the mold 4, an acrylic pearl is placed at the desired height of the nail andIt carries from side to side, covering the sides well with the body of the brush 3, forming astraight line on the free edge of the nail.
-The square-oval nails have a shape between the oval and square nail, like theirName says it. In its formation the same steps are followed as to form the nailsquare, with the difference that with the tip of the brush 3 you have to round the corners.

- The round nails are made in such a way that the free edge takes a very natural and adequate round shape to the nail. To form this nail, an acrylic pearl is placed in the center at the desired height of the nail to be formed, the pearl is allowed to settle in the mold 4 and take its round shape. Take the brush 3 and, just below the free edge, bring the acrylic towards the sides of the mold 4, respecting the shape of the nail. -The oval-shaped nail is narrower than the round nail. To form the oval nail, you have to follow the same steps as the round nail, unlike you have to take the acrylic from below, in order to take it to the sides of the mold 4. -The almond shaped nail is one more nail narrow than the oval with a slightly pronounced and rounded tip. To form this nail in the mold 4, the acrylic must be brought to the center of the mold 4 and two levels below the desired height. Place the brush 3 in the center of the acrylic pearl and bring it up until it reaches the desired height. Take the acrylic approximately to the height of the nail almond, and take it to the sides, giving it the shape of almond. It is possible to correct and refine the shape in the area of the free edge with the tip of the brush 3. -Both almond nail and pointed nail must have a certain height to create the desired effect. With the pointed nail the same steps are followed as the almond nail with the difference that begins by placing the acrylic pearl below to then have the freedom to make the tip more pronounced when taking the acrylic from the center up with our brush 3. It is possible to correct and perfect with the tip of brush 3 the shape in the area of the free edge. -For the ballerina-shaped nail there are two ways to do it: a) Following the steps of the pointed nail, and cutting the tip making it straight. b) Forming a square nail and removing acrylic from the sides diagonally from the free edge of the nail to where the nail almond begins approximately. Be careful not to go down much with the brush 3 or you reach the area of the natural nail 1.
According to another aspect of the invention, as can be seen in Figure 2, the synthetic material is an acrylic material.
